The Penthouse Suite Pleasure Beach 3Bed Apartment

Great location. Spacious apartments with everything you need for you stay. Positive: The property was spacious. Negative: Out dated furniture and not child safe as many items where broken for example headboards, window locks and doors. No sound proofing and very creaking floorboards.

Other than the issues was good Positive: Nice for what u pay Negative: Have to pay 100 pound deposit incase of damages which is fair enough but was 2 iron marks on carpet when we got there . Holes in walls . Holes in carpet . Fag nub in living room which it stated a none smoking room it would of either been a cleaner that left it or the cleaners didn’t do a very good job at cleaning I took pictures when I arrived with times on so can’t get the blame for the damage

Good location. Attention to detail would make this a good place to stay. Positive: TVs in every room Nice open living area Coffee and tea supplied Plug sockets near bed. Negative: Microwave doesn’t heat Lock on bathroom door broken, leaving one guest locked inside Extractor fan didn’t work Plug hole in one bathroom broken Henry hoover left out Random jumper left on a chair. Hole in kitchen floor Floor in bathroom bubbled Shower door doesn’t close completely One window in living area doesn’t open Code pad on door very low battery.

Would definitely stay again Positive: Great location for the pleasure beach

Not such a nice minibreak away. Positive: The beds were really comfy and the apartment was very warm. Negative: There was not enough beds. Advertised 2 double sofa beds in living room, there was only 1. My son had to sleep in a sofa. Not enough bedding either. The whole flat was very neglected. Carpets lifting which was extremely dangerous, I had 2 children trip over it. There was iron burns into the carpet in several places. There was not enough bowls, there was 2. Not enough glasses either, plenty of wine glasses. Not enough cups either, 2 big ones 4 small ones. There was holes in the lino. The bathrooms were very loud pumping and not clean. There was food left over from previous people and also bras and knickers in draws. There was damage in furniture in every room, broken items, cupboards broken, wardrobes falling apart. The kitchen felt not completed as it had shelves but they were put up. There was holes in wall from handle. I contacted the owners and they didn't reply to messages or a phone call. The apartment had no smoking but there was ash in glass jars on the window sill. One bedroom absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. There was stale water outside. The windows latches were broken. There was a light in living room with bulb missing. Two TVs in bedrooms didn't work. The lift goes into the apartment, this worried me as it felt anyone could enter our room at any time. The flat downstairs always smoked of weed. No where did is say there was 4 flights of stairs to get into apartment.
