Positive: Location, size

Need to advise which floor apartment is on. Positive: The apartment was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Negative: The apartment we were allocated was on the 3rd floor up 3 very steep flights of stairs. Had i known this in advance, I wouldn't have booked ( as I had already discarded others that said top floor ) as I am 70 and have poor mobility. This ruined my few days away as I was constantly worried about getting up and down the stairs. For me personally, it's not in the best area. Although it was central to the town.

Never come back Positive: I have more what I don’t like Negative: First of all my room was on highest floor and I was pulling my suitcase in very narrow stairs all the way up. I understand that this is normal for UK but I would really appreciate if it will be mentioned in reservation. Second near my room was trash bags and horrible smell in corridors between apartments. Just in section between you can see just storage of sheets and towels which is really bringing a lot of questions Third you can easily hear what’s happening in your neighbors apartment. So soundproof is not good And last but not least rooms are quite dusty and dirty. Plus I do t understand why in my room kitchen door was closing better than restroom. Just leaving it’s here for a thoughts of host and future guests 💭

Great location, ok apartment - needs a deep clean. Positive: Location Negative: The floor mustn’t have been washed for MONTHS, it was honestly one of the dirtiest floors I’ve EVER walked on, sticky, slippy and covered in dirt. Walked around in socks the first day and the socks went in the bin after a couple of minute as they were covered completely in grime. The sink plug also doesn’t move, you can see this isn’t a new problem by the marks on the plug where previous guests have tried to prize it open. There wasn’t any batteries in the thermostat but this wasn’t a big deal.
