Carmine Blackpool Winter Gardens 2Bed Apartment

Good apartment for a family to spend some time resting after taking in the sights of Blackpool Positive: Quiet area, close to the winter gardens which is where we were visiting. Very spacious, lots of beds. Doors secure with codes so felt safe and secure. Everything we needed was in the flat. Negative: Some areas look a little tired. There were marks on the floor and walls and I was concerned we might be held accountable. A few bits needed fixing (loose towel rail) but a text to the owners and a quick response to say they would have maintenance fix them for the next guests. If you find stairs difficult the stairs are very steep, we were ok but future guests might find this information helpful.

Spacious apartment with a modern feel and all amenities nearby. Positive: The location was very handy for all the shops, cafes, pubs and all amenities nearby. There was a good sized car park behind the property which was £26 for 3 days parking which was quite reasonable. Spacious and lots of appliances in the apartment made it like a home from home. The towels and bed linens were all clean. I would definitely stay there again though because it was good value for money. Negative: One light switch in the corridor was loose and came off in our hand which could be dangerous. Needed a few more electrical sockets around the property so you can plug things in more easily / cables will reach. I think a visit from an electrician would put these minor things right but otherwise a great place to stay.
