Winter Gardens Service Apartment 2 bed top Floor

Not great Negative: The building with filthy and completely riddled in flies, the yard was covered in used sanitary towels , nappies and equipment for doing drugs including razor blades. The radiators werent fixed to the wall properly and one fell off and hit my child . When we arrived we had to sit around and wait for almost a hour for them to finish cleaning after we stated our arrival time . And then after all this I wasn't given my deposit back . Was our first family holiday and we was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable on our stay =(

Overall, good value for money. We recommend this place. Positive: -Great location – everything was close by -The apartment had everything we needed: stove, fridge, washing machine, toaster, hairdryer, etc. -Friendly and helpful staff Negative: -No hooks or hangers for jackets -Not enough toilet paper (only one roll for 7 people staying 3 nights) -Loose and broken toilet door handle

Positive: Property is in a brilliant location. Right next door to the winter gardens/tower etc. Lots of nearby car parks, shops, bars and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and book again. Check in/out was very straightforward with good communication from the host.

Positive: The apartment was clean and lovely and warm. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen area had a good amount of cups crockery and glasses and good sharp knives.
