Princess Theatre Beach Side Town Centre Apartment

Positive: Definitely was not deluxe as described No parking had to pay Lights didn’t work and plates etc were dirty and the place smelled on arrival

Well located apartment Positive: Location access to all local amenities Negative: Took some time heat and sofa bed mattress was dirty and stained

An OK Family stay Positive: Handy location. Comfortable and cosy apartment. Good communication with hosts. Excellent TVs in living room and bedroom. Lovely and warm. Clean floors, bedding etc. Negative: Apartment is looking very tired. Floorboards are damaged, kickboard in kitchen was broken, soap dish on shower was broken. Lots of marks on walls etc. We didn't use the washing machine but it had a lot of black dirt in the drum and there was stagnant water in the tray. Entrance hallway wasn't great. Stairs are very steep which was difficult with a pram, carpets were dirty and there was a bad smell.

Positive: Clear instructions on how to enter the property. In good walking distance of shops, bars and Blackpool Tower. Negative: The images on the website were a little different from the room we thought we booked

Wouldn't Stay Again Positive: The bedding was clean & the location was good. Negative: As soon as we walked into the apartment, we knew we wouldn't ever be staying again.The shower & bathroom were dirty & it felt like the apartment had been wiped down, not really cleaned. The furniture was very well used. Advert suggests there's parking with apartment but it's round the back, down a dark allay past a sauna! It didn't feel safe.
