Positive: Spacious apartment with a great view of the ocean. Close to all famous attractions and really clean. Negative: The room had a noticeable odor of mold and aged furnishings, and the humidity was quite high. The bedroom would benefit from renovation, as would the windows and most of the doors. Although the apartment is quite spacious, it seems to require significant improvements. Considering its proximity to the ocean, the owner might also consider using dehumidifiers. In addition, it would be wise to be mindful of the neighbor on the second floor. We were careful to keep the noise down, as she had complained about noise and smoking, even when we were outside and did not smoke.

Excellent Positive: The host Peter is absolutely lovely and offered to go above and beyond for us when we informed him of two disabled people in our family. The apartment itself has incredible views and beds Extremely comfy. Had items like coffee and tea and washing up liquid and shampoo ect waiting for us. We can't wait to be back soon! Negative: A little outdated with a few broken things like door and cupboard handles, doors, flooring , wall damage ect. But nothing major. It didn't impact our stay

Positive: This is our 2nd stay here and we booked the apartment with balcony. The apartment was a great size for myself, partner and the dog. The view from the balcony to the beach across the road was lovely. Quick response from Peter and Katie when contacted Negative: Nothing
