Lovely room great location Positive: The apartment was spacious and well kept, when we got there our first impression from the outside was we weren’t sure if we would stay but once inside it was beautiful, amazing location close to everything you could want or need with a weekend away, bed was comfortable Negative: The door in the living room was connecting to another apartment with the sofa being close to the door you could hear people talking from the other room

Not what you see! Photos are not recent! Positive: This suite is a very good size, good use of the space. The sofa bed is great for a TV marathon or movie night. Negative: It is not as tidy or clean as the photos on booking.com show. Found it seemed it was given a 'quick tidy' before we arrived (the same dirty water left in a mop bucket on the corridor by the front door to our apartment for our whole stay!)we definitely left it cleaner than what we found on arrival. The apartment itself was so cold and only had two inadequate electric wall heaters to warm the place! It was a very cold January visit so to not have to sit in our coats we also had to turn the oven in the kitchen on and leave the door open to gain just an ambient temp.we found on leaving that both opening windows were broken and one was jammed with tissue to block the draft!! (See photos)No wonder it was so cold!! The shower was awful constantly running hot and cold, due to the stay being to visit family I embarrassingly had to ask if I could shower at their home! Definitely not acceptable! The light/bathroom fan made an awful loud noise every time the light was switched on.furniture was damaged and some quite dangerous if a child was to stay (glass coffee table had screws missing and wobbled!) the floor throughout the apartment was a beautiful original wooden floor but was filthy, badly maintained, exceptionally cold we think due to being over an empty shop below and had dried on drips of white paint clearly from attempts of touching up the paintwork. The general up keep of the place was sadly very bad, The rug pictured in our apartment was placed in the communal hallway, I assume to cover a stain. The communal areas need tidying, scuffed walls, and dirty carpets! It was the first trip to Blackpool, which we do at least 2-4 times a year, where we were seriously contemplating another place to stay for the second day! This place has the potential to be a brilliant earner and has the basics of a very good sized holiday stay, could easily spend a week as a couple or a small, young family.
