Positive: We could take the dog and not have to leave the old girl with anyone (15 years old). Good location close enough to the things we wanted set back enough not to be in the middle of it. The place was spotless and if we had have been there for longer had everything we needed. People say about how the apartment is worn and tattie, yes but how does that affect your time there it was so clean that this is not important. Bedding and towels smelt so fresh the floor was clean concentrate on this not the bits that are a little frayed. Negative: The lift, unfortunately I had an accident recently and I'm in a wheelchair, the lift is a little wider than a dumb waiter with enough room for me alone it was full hight but a nightmare to get in and out.

Don’t stay here you will regret it massively. Positive: The only good thing was the Location. Negative: I didn’t like that they had all the Widows within the apartment screwed shut so they couldn’t be open. The heat reaching Max and the property overheating due to no air conditioning, fan or cool air. My Service Dog was overheating multiple times a day. The lift wasn’t working first day lift got stuck between floors, the stench of Cannabis throughout the property in and out for the full stay. The property wasn’t clean on day one of the arrival we took plenty of pictures to document this we pay a £45 cleaning fee and the place wasn’t even clean. The overall stay was ruined as a result. Trying to contact anyone is also near impossible as they either don’t answer or just send automated responses. I just wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s not even you get what you pay for the pictures are not up-to date they are old when the property was clearly just renovated and clean and fresh looking. They also make it look 10x bigger in the photos than what it actually is. The only good thing is the location of the apartment. The door was also broken and first day walked into the broken hinge hanging from ceiling.
